Northleach Court is a family-run care and nursing home for up to 40 residents in the centre of Northleach, a Cotswold market town midway between Cheltenham and Burford. The home offers nursing care, residential care, specialist dementia care, respite stays and palliative care under one roof.

Our Team
Our team of registered nurses, senior carers, care assistants, activities coordinators, chefs and housekeepers works together under one roof, so residents see the same familiar faces every day. Nurses are on duty 24 hours a day, and the whole team is trained in dementia care. We work closely with local GP practices, district nurses, physiotherapists and the community mental health team, and visiting chiropodists, hairdressers, dentists and opticians call regularly.
As a family-run home we keep visiting flexible: family and friends are welcome at any time and are invited to join residents for meals and events. Families can also stay in touch through video calls and the online portal.
Our home and gardens
Northleach Court sits on the High Street among the Cotswold-stone buildings the town is known for. The home has been extended and refurbished, for both comfort and a contemporary feel. Residents furnish their rooms with their own belongings, and every room has a nurse-call system.
You’ll find two beautiful dining rooms as well as four homely communal living rooms. We also offer a bright and comforting conservatory space and a hairdressing room. Find out more about our facilities and everything else Northleach has to offer.

Days at Northleach Court are built around what residents enjoy including music and singing, gentle exercise, gardening, quizzes, crafts, church services and regular trips to local Cotswolds attractions. Our activities team plans a programme for every ability, including sensory and one-to-one activities for residents living with advanced dementia. Meals are cooked fresh on site and residents help shape the menus.

Is Northleach Court a nursing home? Yes. Northleach Court is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide nursing care as well as residential care, and registered nurses are on duty 24 hours a day.
